Benchmarking

Davidson’s benefits benchmarking surveys are the best and most comprehensive in the business and are provided to clients at no additional cost.  We utilize a variety of different surveys, but our primary survey is Milliman’s Mid-Market Survey.

Milliman is one of the country’s largest independent actuarial firms. The annual survey collects data from over 18k employers and +5,000 mid-size employers throughout the country. The survey is provided annually and has data cuts nationally, regionally, by state, group size and industry. The survey includes eligibility, plan design, employer cost, employee cost, ancillary benefits, PTO, retirement and more.

In addition to Milliman, we utilize other surveys including: Zywave, the national Chamber of Commerce Benefits Survey and surveys from leading carriers such as Kaiser, MetLife, CIGNA, Trustmark and others. Davidson also provides assistance to clients with employee surveys from development to launch.
