MAILE MEADE is a Benefits Consultant and began her career at DBP in 2010. She brings with her 19 years of industry experience, including 8 years with leading insurers. Maile’s diverse experience provides DBP clients with expertise in self-insured, insured and voluntary arrangements and overall, comprehensive benefits plan management. Maile’s professional style is a blend of a strategic, yet personal approach, which provides clients with proactive service, high attention to detail, and executed results. Her ability to connect with the day to day issues, as well as the long-term objectives, allows Maile to be regarded as a true business partner by her clients, service providers and industry professionals.
Maile serves her community as a volunteer in various capacities including past-President of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters and board member of the Maurice Lucas Foundation (ML20). Maile received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Washington State University and served under former Speaker of the US House of Representatives, Thomas S. Foley. She spends her time enjoying the northwest outdoors and traveling with her husband and four children. Maile continues growing her industry experience with energetic passion, advising DBP clients with dedication and commitment and a trusted contributor to our DBP mission and values.
